Cerritos is one of the few swimmable beaches on Baja's Pacific side, and the quieter stretch directly in front also has a lesser-known surf break. Conditions still vary because this is open Pacific.

Cerritos Beach Inn is the closest mapped place for a meal, about 300 feet from the house. It lists The Sunset restaurant and bar, but guests should call ahead because day-visitor seating and service hours are not posted. The main Cerritos restaurant area is a 20-minute walk by the local beach route. Mercado del Sol 3 is the grocery stop on the Cerritos access road; its map pin is 1.7 miles away in a straight line, while Frutería Hnos. Salgado is farther north in El Pescadero.

Current Google Maps road routes are about 59 miles to Los Cabos International (SJD), 75 miles to La Paz International (LAP), and 21 miles to the central plaza in Todos Santos. Travel times change with traffic, road work and the local access roads, so use a fresh route on arrival day.

Eight guests across four bedrooms. One king and three queens, and every bedroom has its own entrance and its own bathroom. That layout is unusual here and it is the main reason two families or four couples travel well in this house.

Most guests fly into Los Cabos International (SJD), rent a car and drive north on Highway 19. The current mapped route is about 59 miles. Two things worth knowing before you go: cattle range freely and are the most common cause of serious accidents here, and for that reason locals avoid driving Highway 19 after dark. Arrive in daylight if you can. A car is genuinely useful once you are here, because the corridor is spread out.

No. The rooftop and deck are made for dinner and sunset drinks, not events. Tell us in advance if anyone beyond the registered guests will visit.
