What we collect

One thing: whatever you type into the enquiry form. That is your name, your email address, your dates, your guest count, and anything you write in the message box.

What we do with it

We read it and we reply to you about staying at Casa Cumpleaños. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list without asking, and we do not pass it to a third party except the form host that delivers it to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that turn into stays are kept as long as the booking records need to exist. Enquiries that do not are deleted once the conversation is clearly over. If you want yours removed sooner, ask and it will be.

Cookies and tracking

None. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker on this site. Nothing follows you off it.

Who runs this site

Casa Cumpleaños is a privately owned house in Cerritos Beach, Baja California Sur, Mexico. This site is operated on the owner's behalf and is the direct-booking channel for the property.

It links to Live Todos Santos, our local destination guide, when its reporting helps guests plan a stay.

Rates and availability change. The written quote for your specific dates is the binding version. If this site and your quote disagree, please tell us so the site can be corrected.
